This platform provides emotional awareness, diary recording, habit tracking, AI analysis, and other self-growth support functions.

The platform may adjust or update service content at any time as needed, without prior notice.

• You may not upload or distribute any illegal, infringing, defamatory, violent, pornographic, or other inappropriate content.
• You may not use this platform for fraud, malicious behavior, or interference with others' use.
• Account information and content are managed by you. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by loss or leakage.

• The copyright of content you create or upload on this platform belongs to you.
• The rights to the platform's system, interface design, data architecture, and AI models belong to the platform.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

If a user violates these terms or engages in other improper use, the platform may suspend or terminate the account at any time.

If you have purchased a paid plan for NanNanDiary (such as Advanced or Premium), you agree to the following refund policy:

• Once purchased and activated, the service takes effect immediately. No refunds will be provided except in cases of system failure that prevents use.
• In case of duplicate charges, inability to use features, or obvious technical errors, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase. We will process a refund after verification.
• Refunds will be returned via the original payment method, with timing dependent on the processing of each payment platform (such as Stripe, App Store).
• The platform does not provide refunds for user operational errors or changes in requirements.

I (the user) explicitly consent that during my use of NanNanDiary, the platform may collect and process the following data for the purpose of providing services:

• Account and login information (email, user ID)
• Diary content, emotion records, habit tracking data
• System-generated analysis results and statistical data

I understand and agree that:

• All data will be stored in the Supabase cloud database in encrypted form.
• Data will only be used for self-awareness analysis, habit tracking, and personalized recommendations, and not for other purposes.
• The platform will not provide data to unauthorized third parties.
• I may request deletion of my account and all personal data at any time.
• I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
